Edit: The missing parts were because of the delivery company. They found and delivered most of them, but we were still missing the headboard spreader so we still needed the manufacturer to send it to us. We had White glove delivery, but the delivery guys said we didn't and would not put the furniture together. Had they put it together they would realize they still had the parts of the truck. I did verify with their manager that they were supposed to put the furniture together.Beautiful set, heavy and large. We can't put it together until the company sends us missing parts. The Company was very helpful. The damages were minor and we didn't want to get the heavy set downstairs, so Amazon agreed to a 15 percent refund rather than return. I would still buy this set again, even with the cosmetic damages. It's beautiful.
